Alabaster Pizzo (b. 1988) is from New York and went to the School of Visual Arts. 

An excerpt of her comic "Mimi and the Wolves" (published by Avery Hill) appeared in Best American Comics 2015, published by Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and edited by Bill Kartalopoulos and Jonathan Lethem.

In the spring and summer of 2016 she serialized a weekly comic, "Ralphie and Jeanie," on Vice.com. In that year she also published “Hellbound Lifestyle” with Retrofit Comics.

In 2018 she moved to Los Angeles to work for Shadowmachine Animation as a background artist on the show Tuca & Bertie.

In 2019 she began storyboarding for Cartoon Network’s Summer Camp Island.

In 2021 she published “Prayer to Saint Therese” with Perfectly Acceptable Press

She is a member of The Animation Guild, I.A.T.S.E. Local 839.
